Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Implementation Analyst to support the successful implementation of business solutions, processes, and initiatives across the organization. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technology teams to understand requirements, coordinate implementation activities, identify risks and issues, and ensure solutions are delivered according to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end implementation of business processes, systems, and solutions.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and implementation plans.
• Coordinate with technology, operations, and other cross-functional teams throughout implementation.
• Assist in process mapping, gap analysis, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Support testing activities, including test planning, test case preparation, execution, and issue tracking.
• Track implementation milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support business users throughout the testing process.
• Prepare implementation documentation, process guides, status reports, and other project materials.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, and migration activities where applicable.
• Identify and escalate implementation risks, blockers, and potential impacts to stakeholders.
• Assist with change management and communication activities related to new processes or systems.
• Monitor post-implementation issues and support stabilization activities.
• Ensure implementation activities are aligned with business requirements, project timelines, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, implementation, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting business or system implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of requirements gathering, process analysis, testing, and implementation activities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills.
• Experience with UAT, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within project timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other project/documentation tools.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in insurance, financial services, consulting, or other regulated industries.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale implementations or transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum or other project delivery methodologies.
• Experience with process improvement and business change initiatives.
• Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Relevant Business Analysis, Agile, or project management certification is a plus.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php105,000.00 per month
