Business Improvement Coordinator

Are you passionate about technology, problem solving, and finding better ways of working?

We're looking for a Business Improvement Coordinator to support technology, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives across our Livestock business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of project work, stakeholder engagement, and hands on involvement in the field.

Importantly, this is not a fully desk based role. You'll regularly get out and about, working alongside Livestock Representatives, visiting saleyards, supporting technology rollouts, and helping teams adopt new ways of working.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating technology, digital, and business improvement projects
• Supporting the development and implementation of new systems and processes
• Analysing operational data and identifying improvement opportunities
• Supporting saleyard technology and optimisation initiatives
• Preparing business cases, project documentation, and management reporting
• Working closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners
• Supporting user adoption through training, communication, and change initiatives
• Assisting with emerging technology evaluations and innovation projects.

You'll ideally bring:

• Project coordination or project management experience
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working with technology platforms, business systems, or digital projects
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills
• A continuous improvement mindset
• The ability to work across both operational and technical environment.
