［業務内容］Key Responsibilities

生産技術部において、半導体プロセスの品質安定化・最適化を目的とした APC（Auto Process Control）システムの構築・導入を推進する人材を募集します。

本ポジションでは、単なるシステム導入ではなく、 プロセス理解 制御ロジック設計 関係部門との合意形成 を一体的に担い、現場実装までリードしていただきます。

① APCシステムの設計・構築

• 半導体製造プロセスにおける制御対象の選定
• APC導入対象工程の要件整理・仕様策定
• 制御ロジック（フィードバック／フィードフォワード）の設計
• APCシステムの構築・設定・導入推進

② プロセス改善・最適化

• 製造データの分析によるばらつき要因の特定
• SPC（統計的工程管理）との連携
• プロセス条件最適化および歩留まり改善施策の推進

③ 関係部門との調整・推進

• 製造、品質、設備、開発部門との要件調整
• 現場オペレーションとのすり合わせ
• システム導入に伴う合意形成・課題解決
• 外部ベンダーとの連携・折衝

④ 導入後の定着・運用支援

• APC運用ルールの整備
• 現場展開・教育
• 効果測定および改善サイクルの確立

In the Production Technology Department, we have been working on a project aimed at stabilizing and optimizing the quality of semiconductor processes.

We are recruiting personnel to promote the construction and implementation of APC (Auto Process Control) systems.

In this position, it's not just about implementing systems, but about understanding processes.

Control logic design: You will be responsible for building consensus with relevant departments and leading the process through on-site implementation.

①Design and construction of APC systems

• Selection of control targets in semiconductor manufacturing processes
• Requirements organization and specification formulation for APC implementation
• Processes, design of control logic (feedback/feedforward)
• Promotion: Construction, Setup, and Implementation of APC Systems

②Process improvement and optimization

• Identification of variation factors through analysis of manufacturing data
• Collaboration with SPC (Statistical Process Management) to optimize
• Process conditions and promote yield improvement measures

③Coordination and promotion with relevant departments

• Requirements coordination with manufacturing, quality, equipment, and development departments
• Alignment with on-site operations
• Consensus building and problem-solving related to system implementation
• Collaboration and negotiation with external vendors

④Post-implementation and operational support

• Establishment of APC operation rules
• On-site deployment and education
• Measurement of effectiveness, and establishment of improvement cycles

• 生産技術エンジニア経験
• 製造業におけるプロセス制御（APCまたは類似領域）の経験
• プロセスデータの分析および改善活動の経験
• 関係部門との調整・折衝を主体的に行った経験
• 論理的思考力および問題解決能力
• Excel: 中級レベル以上
• その他: PC操作スキル（中級レベル）

• Experience as a Production Technology Engineer
• Experience in process control (APC or similar fields) in manufacturing
• Experience in process data analysis and improvement activities
• Experience proactively coordinating and negotiating with related departments
• Logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Excel: Intermediate level or higher
• Other: PC Operation Skills (Intermediate Level)

• SPC、FDC、Run-to-Run制御等の理解
• 製造データ解析（Python、Excel、統計解析等）制御理論（フィードバック制御など）の基礎知識
• MES／装置連携／データ基盤の構築経験

• Understanding SPC, FDC, Run-to-Run control, etc.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing data analysis (Python, Excel, statistical analysis, etc.) and control theory (such as feedback control)
• Experience in MES/Device Integration/Data Platform Construction
