Business Insights Analyst

Job Summary: The Business Insights Analyst drives strategic decision-making by transforming complex data analysis into clear, actionable business insights. This role integrates strong analytical acumen with business intelligence development capabilities, leveraging exceptional presentation and communication skills to influence stakeholders,optimize performance, and identify new growth opportunities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

● End-to-End Data Monetization & Business Development

○ Own end-to-end data monetization initiatives, from opportunity identification, value proposition and solution design to go-to-market and deal execution

○ Translate business and client needs into scalable, sellable insight solutions (e.g. targeted surveys, shopper insights, dashboards, data-driven campaigns)

○ Define solution scope, pricing logic, and delivery models with data and partner teams, ensuring feasibility, ROI, and execution readiness

○ Support client engagements, proposal development, and pitching of data-driven solutions to drive deal conversion and sustainable revenue growth

○ Contribute to building repeatable insight packages and scalable revenue models

● Strategic Insights & Recommendations:

○ Interpret complex data findings to identify key trends, patterns, and anomalies with significant business implications.

○ Develop concrete, data-backed strategic recommendations and quantify their potential impact (e.g., revenue growth, cost savings).

● Business Performance Analysis & BI Development:

○ Monitor key business performance indicators (KPIs) and design, develop,and refine impactful dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.

● Influential Communication & Storytelling:

○ Craft compelling narratives and deliver persuasive presentations to executive leadership and diverse stakeholders, effectively conveying insights and recommendations.

○ Lead discussions, facilitate workshops, and pitch data-driven strategies to drive adoption and action.

● Cross-functional Collaboration:

○ Partner with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and business team (e.g.,Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure insights are accurate,relevant, and integrated into strategic workflows.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.

● 4-7 years of progressive experience in business insights, data analysis, BI development, or strategic consulting within a data-rich environment.

● Experience in developing new business models from planning, solution and use-case design, pricing and delivery model definition, through execution and commercialization
