You will evaluate existing data and analytics setups, design the BI roadmap that replaces them, and help organizations establish genuinely data-driven strategy: how to organize, analyze and present data so decisions improve. The advisory position exists because most estates grow by accident; roadmaps that fix that are worth what clients pay for them. The advisor is the reason they get fixed rather than patched. You will work at the intersection of technology and business judgment — leveraging SQL, automation, APIs and visualization platforms where they pay for themselves, and advising against them where they would not.
