Business Intelligence Analyst

• The Business Intelligence Analyst leads complex analytics initiatives and partners closely with stakeholders to align analytics with business objectives
• You’ll foster key working relationships with business stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Product, partner with our Data Engineering and Data Platform teams, and join a team of talented Analytics and Reporting peers
• Success in this role is defined by your ability to deliver dashboards and analyses that are accurate, trusted, and adopted by stakeholders, and metrics that are consistently defined and aligned to enterprise standards
• Lead complex, cross-functional analytics initiatives
• Solve ambiguous analytical problems independently
• Partner with stakeholders to align analytics to business strategy
• Mentor Junior and Associate Analysts

• 5–7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related disciplines, including ownership of complex stakeholder-facing analytics. Equivalent experience and demonstrated capability may be considered in place of years of experience
• Tableau: Advanced dashboard design and optimization
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• Tableau Prep: Complex, reusable data flows
• SQL: Advanced query design, validation logic, and performance tuning
• Strong analytical judgment and constructive pushback
• Ownership of data quality and change impacts
• Ability to frame insights in business terms
