Role Overview:

At Lean Solutions Group, we rely directly on data to drive our strategy. We believe numbers reveal clear insights, and we thrive on letting data guide organizational decisions. We are seeking a detailed, communicative Business Intelligence Analyst to gather, transform, and analyze complex datasets. In this role, you will leverage BI tools and predictive models to uncover growth opportunities, eliminate operational gaps, and present clear, actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Modeling & Transformation: Design and maintain complex star schema data models. Utilize Power Query and DAX to clean, shape, and transform raw data, as well as create calculated measures, columns, and tables.
• Dashboard & Report Development: Build, optimize, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to track company KPIs and measure strategy effectiveness.
• Operational Insights & Strategy: Analyze current operational processes to identify growth opportunities, trends, and operational gaps using data mining, trend analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Data Gathering & Architecture: Devise practical data-collection methods to extract, clean, and consolidate large datasets from multiple sources.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Translate complex technical findings into concise, accessible reports and visual stories for non-technical leadership and stakeholders.
• Process Optimization: Partner with cross-functional teams to align data analytics initiatives with overarching company goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or data analytics handling large datasets.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query; strong working knowledge of SQL for querying and data mining; fundamental understanding of Python for data manipulation; proven experience with star schema data modeling.
• Language Proficiency: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and experience managing documentation in a fast-paced environment.
