Job Description

Lead the operationalization of data and business intelligence solutions within the enterprise Data & Analytics team. Partner with C-suite stakeholders, business unit leaders, and product teams to turn massive operational datasets into scalable dashboards, predictive models, and strategic insights that shape enterprise decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Dashboard & Visual Architecture: Design, build, and maintain production-grade interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to track enterprise KPIs, financial forecasting, and operational health.
• Advanced Analytics & Data Modeling: Query complex, multi-terabyte data warehouses using SQL, Python, and PySpark to uncover revenue drivers, customer behavior patterns, and operational bottlenecks.
• Cross-Functional Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary BI advisor to senior executive teams, translating vague business inquiries into actionable analytics projects and data-backed recommendations.
• Data Governance & Data Pipeline Monitoring: Collaborate with Data Engineering to establish data pipelines, maintain metrics definitions, and enforce data quality and security standards across business lines.
• Strategic Process Automation: Drive end-to-end automation of reporting processes using modern data orchestration tools, reducing manual compilation overhead.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
• 2–3 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles, with a proven track record of supporting large-scale enterprise environments.
• Advanced proficiency in complex SQL, Python or R*, and enterprise BI tools (Tableau, Power BI**, or** Looker*).
• Strong background in data modeling, ETL/ELT pipeline concepts, and cloud data platform integration (AWS, Snowflake, or Databricks).
• Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated success pitching data insights to C-level stakeholders.

Pay: $7,500.00 - $12,500.00 per month
