We are the biggest indoor advertising platform company in Indonesia since 2018, backed by an extensive network of over 1,600 buildings and 7,500 screens across the Jakarta, Bandung, and Surabaya area.

TMN is currently looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team! Are you passionate about turning raw data into strategic insights to power our growing media network? We are looking for a sharp analytical professional to build centralized data systems, design insightful dashboards, and drive data-driven decision-making across our business units!

What You Will Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence dashboards supporting management decisions across TMN Corporate and its business units.
• Deliver regular performance reports and trend analysis, identifying gaps against targets, underlying causes, and actionable recommendations.
• Consolidate, clean, and validate data from multiple sources, collaborating with IT and data owners to improve data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and automated data flows.
• Calculate and validate monthly performance results used for employee incentives, coordinating with relevant departments and recommending improvements based on historical performance.
• Analyze business processes with functional teams to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and measure the impact of implemented changes.
• Establish and maintain consistent KPI definitions, calculation methods, and reporting standards across business units, in coordination with relevant data owners.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proficient in Business Intelligence (BI) and Visualization Tools such as Tableau or Power BI, with the ability to build clear, practical dashboards for business users.
• Has strong data preparation and analysis skills, including SQL and Excel proficiency, plus experience in data cleaning, validation, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Has strong analytical problem-solving abilities to investigate performance gaps, identify underlying causes, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Has solid business and commercial understanding to interpret operational and financial metrics, evaluate business performance, and develop forecasts and scenario analyses.
• Has good stakeholder communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings clearly to management and non-technical teams.
• Has high attention to detail and data integrity when handling performance calculations, reconciling data, and maintaining consistent reporting standards and confidentiality.
• Professional fluency in English for clear communication and reporting.
• Proficiency in Python, API/JSON handling, AI, and basic data governance principles are a plus!
