Your mission is to drive business decisions by transforming complex retail and user behavioral data into actionable insights. Responsibilities:

• End-to-End BI Solutions: Design, build, and maintain scalable BI solutions, from data ingestion (ETL) to visualization (Dashboards/Reports).

• Data Modeling & Warehousing: Develop robust data models and schemas using ETL tools to support self-service analytics.

• Actionable Insights: Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical requirements, utilizing statistical methods where necessary to validate findings.

• Visualization: Proficiency in industry-standard BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.

• Data Quality & Governance: Understanding the best practice of data governance, troubleshoot data discrepancies, optimize query performance, and ensure a "single source of truth" across the organization.

Requirements:

• A desire to work in a collaborative, intellectually curious environment.

• Experience: 3+ years of industry experience in BI, Data Analytics, or Analytics Engineering.

Technical Stack:

• Advanced proficiency in SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).

• Experience with Cloud Data Warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift).

• Proficiency in at least one BI visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).

• Coding: Proficiency in a scripting language (e.g., Python) for data manipulation or automation.

• AI/ML Familiarity: Interest or experience in leveraging AI/LLMs to enhance data workflows or analysis.
