About The Opportunity We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join a growing team responsible for transforming business data into actionable insights. This role will work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Sales, and Leadership to develop reporting solutions that support business decision-making and operational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate has experience with Power BI, SQL, data analysis, and report development, along with the ability to translate business requirements into meaningful dashboards and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Gather and analyze reporting requirements from business stakeholders
• Create and optimize reports that improve visibility into operational and business performance
• Analyze data from ERP, operational, and business systems to identify trends and opportunities
• Assist with data cleanup, validation, and governance initiatives to improve reporting accuracy
• Support the migration and modernization of legacy reporting solutions
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, datasets, and reporting structures
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and recommend process improvements
• Document reporting processes, data definitions, and business rules

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field
• Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze data
• Understanding of relational databases, data relationships, and data modeling concepts
• Experience gathering requirements from business users and translating them into reporting solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with ERP systems and operational business data
• Knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments
• Experience with report migration and modernization projects
• Familiarity with QlikView, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms
• Experience with data governance, data quality, and data management initiatives
• Understanding of ETL processes and data integration concepts
• Exposure to C#, .NET, Python, or other programming languages is a plus
