The Role

As a BI Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business challenges and data-driven solutions, helping stakeholders make smarter decisions through analysis, reporting, and strategic insight.

Responsibilities include:

• Translating business questions into structured analytical projects and actionable recommendations
• Building and maintaining high-quality dashboards and reporting solutions
• Creating self-service analytics tools that empower stakeholders to access insights independently
• Partnering with teams across Product, Growth, Commercial, and Operations
• Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities through detailed data analysis
• Communicating findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Supporting experimentation, customer insight projects, and broader strategic initiatives
• Contributing to the development of data best practices and analytics capabilities across the business

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience in data analytics
• Advanced SQL skills and excellent analytical problem-solving capability
• Strong business intelligence experience, ideally with tools such as Omni, Looker, or similar platforms
• Experience building dashboards from stakeholder discovery through to implementation and optimisation
• Ability to turn complex data into clear stories and recommendations
• Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple functions
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Exposure to Python, dbt, or analytics engineering would be beneficial
• Experience within online gaming, betting, entertainment, or consumer digital businesses is advantageous
