Job Overview

We are looking for a BI Finance Business Analyst to support finance applications, sales data, and monthly reporting activities. The role involves analyzing data, resolving system and reporting issues, maintaining data accuracy, and coordinating with business, IT, and data teams to improve processes and reporting reliability.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and translating business requirements into practical system and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business users with finance applications and reporting tools, resolving issues from investigation through resolution.
• Manage monthly sales reporting processes, validate data accuracy, and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain customer, product, pricing, and other relevant master data.
• Identify root causes of data inconsistencies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams on system enhancements and technical investigations.
• Support and improve reports, dashboards, KPIs, and data consistency across systems.
• Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and document processes.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate testing for system changes.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role supporting finance or sales applications.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience analyzing data.
• Hands-on experience with business intelligence (BI), reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and BI tools such as SAP BusinessObjects, SAP BW, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of finance or sales processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with business, IT, and data teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Databricks or similar data platforms.
• SQL or data querying skills.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of master data management.
