Business Intelligence Analyst - Finance Analytics

About the role

You will work closely with business stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to develop analytics solutions, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making. This role combines technical expertise, business consulting, and stakeholder engagement to create measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights
• Identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers to support business decisions
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
• Design, build, and enhance custom analytics solutions
• Deploy and support existing analytics tools and reporting solutions
• Leverage Power BI and other business intelligence tools to deliver impactful analytical outputs
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives
• Help define analytics solutions that address business challenges and opportunities
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of analytics solutions to stakeholders and clients
• Train and mentor junior team members on analytics tools, processes, and best practices

About you

• At least 4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Business Analytics
• Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting processes, particularly Order-to-Cash (OTC)
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and other data visualization or business intelligence tools
• Experience translating business requirements into analytics solutions and insights
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
