Business Intelligence Analyst Intern

Department: Revenue Management & Pricing - Asia Pacific (APAC)

Duration: 6-month internship

Location: Singapore

Reporting to: APAC Business Intelligence Lead

Role:

Through this internship, you will assist the APAC Business Intelligence Lead. You will gain a comprehensive level of experience in business analytics and reporting in the Hospitality Industry. Some knowledge in revenue management will be gained as well.

Your main responsibilities include the following:

REPORTING

• Prepare and deliver multiple Sales, Promotion, Pricing and Revenue Management reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Manage all reporting tools under scope.
• Serve as a secondary point-of-contact for reporting tools for APAC.
• Provide Ad-Hoc reporting when requested.

MARKET & BUSINESS ANALYSIS

• In charge of weekly STR performance data submission
• Prepare monthly Benchmark & Analysis on competitors’ performance vs. Club Med.
• Assist RMP team to prepare sales meeting presentations.

PROFILE

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel - pivot table, database, formula etc. & PowerPoint are highly required, Word)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin & French is a plus)
• Have a keen interest in the hospitality industry.
• Having prior knowledge in Power Bi is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and research skills
