Business Intelligence Analyst (TM1 and SAP Analytic Cloud Experience) - SBA

Your Role

• Master Data Maintenance: Update and maintain master data hierarchies in BI/reporting tools, SAP, and other financial reporting platforms.
• Data Monitoring & Validation: Monitor data flow between ERPs and reporting tools, troubleshoot error logs, reconcile numbers, and ensure data accuracy, sanity, and validation.
• Reporting Tool Maintenance: Act as the techno-functional owner of a regional reporting tool, including the maintenance and updating of hierarchies and data cubes.
• Finance Automation: Utilize tools such as VB Scripting, Power Query, Power Automate, and Power Pivot to develop simple and efficient automation solutions.
• RPA & Automation: Apply familiarity with RPA and automation technologies, including but not limited to Python and Microsoft Power Platform.
• BI & Analytics: Work with BI and analytics technologies and platforms such as SAP HANA, IBM TM1, Tableau, Qlik, Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting Technology, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 3–4 years of hands-on experience as a functional owner of enterprise reporting platforms, with accountability for governance, architecture standards, and roadmap delivery.
• Mandatory hands-on expertise in IBM TM1 and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Deep functional knowledge of financial reporting tools, with the ability to establish best practices and technical standards across teams.
• Strong techno-functional transformation mindset, with the ability to modernize systems, challenge existing processes, drive innovation, and lead reporting initiatives that improve how financial insights are delivered and consumed.
• Highly independent, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence without authority.
• Ability to effectively bridge Finance, IT, and Business teams, translating complex technical concepts into clear and actionable insights.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in TM1 Tool
• Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Hierarchy Cost Object Maintenance (nice to have but not mandatory)
