Teleperformance is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst - TP Rockwell to join our dynamic team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable business insights. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be at the heart of our data-driven decision-making process, supporting strategic initiatives across the organisation. This role is essential to helping Teleperformance optimise operations, enhance client satisfaction, and drive sustainable business growth through comprehensive data analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and reports to support business operations and strategic decision-making
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for analysis
• Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business value and competitive advantage
• Design and implement data visualisations and interactive dashboards using business intelligence tools to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external partners to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and generate comprehensive reports to support management reporting and performance monitoring
• Document data sources, methodologies, and processes to ensure transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams
• Monitor system performance, data integrity, and report accuracy; troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimise data infrastructure, analytical capabilities, and reporting efficiency
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Data Analyst in a technology or business services environment
• Strong proficiency with business intelligence and data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar platforms
• Solid understanding of SQL and experience querying relational and non-relational databases
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Python, R, or Excel at an advanced level
• Demonstrated experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights clearly
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is highly desirable
• Knowledge of business processes and key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to technology or customer service industries is a plus
• Project management and prioritisation skills with attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outputs
