**About the Role:**We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Intelligence & Operational Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will convert fragmented data into trusted metrics, executive reports, and interactive dashboards to support strategic decision-making across multiple business units. Success in this role depends on metric accuracy, data-source clarity, refresh reliability, and a measurable impact on operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate executive management needs into clear business questions and measurable performance indicators (KPIs).
• Build and maintain a comprehensive KPI Dictionary (covering definitions, formulas, sources, and alert thresholds).
• Extract, clean, transform, and validate data using SQL, Power Query, and related tools.
• Design robust data models and build interactive Power BI dashboards using DAX.
• Perform data-quality and reconciliation tests, documenting variances and root causes.
• Analyze trends and deviations to convert findings into practical recommendations and executive reports (Arabic/English).

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis (preferably in operations, e-commerce, logistics, sales, or customer service).
• Technical Skills: Advanced SQL proficiency (writing efficient queries) and strong experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Preferred Skills: Experience with Python for analysis/automation, ETL, APIs, or cloud platforms.
