Business Intelligence Assistant Specialist

YKK is an international Japanese company operating in the production of textile accessories, is looking for a teammate with the following qualifications to work a Business Intelligence Assistant Specialist at Hadımköy Office location.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, preferably.
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in numerical data analysis and related analytical areas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and a keen interest in working with data.
• Solid skills in data analysis, reporting, time management, coordination, and planning.
• Good command of English.

Job Description :

• Analyze sales performance, customer portfolios, market trends, and market opportunities to generate actionable business insights.
• Prepare and present periodic reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to support management decision-making.
• Maintain pricing data and price lists, ensuring timely system updates, supporting pricing-related analyses, and monitoring customer complaints through company systems.
• Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management for strategic projects.
• Support sales and marketing teams with data analysis, day-to-day operational activities, and reporting needs.
• Track customer feedback, complaints, and relevant business metrics through company systems, ensuring visibility and follow-up of key issues.
• Follow industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and prioritize business intelligence and digitalization projects in line with business objectives.
