Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst/Developer

Job Summary We are looking for a BI Analyst/Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and maintenance of data models, dashboards, and analytical tools that drive business decision-making. This role covers data preparation, ETL development, and workflow automation to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across the organization. This position is open to fresh graduates who have a foundation in data or programming and a strong eagerness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop BI dashboards and reports using Power BI and SAP Crystal Reports to support business insights and performance tracking.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines using tools such as Python, Informatica, and Apache NiFi for data integration and transformation.
• Support the maintenance and optimization of databases and data models on PostgreSQL, Vertica SQL, and Oracle SQL.
• Collaborate with business users to gather data requirements, identify KPIs, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Help automate repetitive reporting tasks and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business planning and operations.
• Work with cross-functional teams (IT, Business, Operations) to build efficient and scalable data solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 0-3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or ETL Development preferred.
• Basic knowledge of or strong interest in Power BI, DAX, Power Automate, and SAP Crystal Reports.
• Foundational knowledge of Python, ETL tools (Apache NiFi, Informatica), and SQL databases (PostgreSQL, Vertica, Oracle) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of data visualization, dashboard design, and KPI development.
• Understanding of data warehouse concepts and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AWS Redshift or other cloud-based BI platforms.
• Familiarity with automation workflows and data governance frameworks.
• Experience supporting eCommerce or enterprise analytics projects.
