Responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making and improve business performance.

Job Description

• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support business and operational decision-making.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, insights, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and define relevant metrics, KPIs, and data requirements.
• Translate business requirements into effective data solutions and meaningful visualizations.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and integrity across systems and reports.
• Monitor data quality and investigate discrepancies or anomalies to ensure reliable reporting.
• Develop and maintain data processes to improve the efficiency and reliability of data-driven workflows.
• Implement and utilize BI tools and technologies to improve data accessibility and support data-driven processes.
• Communicate analytical findings and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities where data and analytics can improve business processes and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Reporting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Python and experience working with relational databases.
• Familiarity with data visualization and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of data modeling, reporting, and data analysis concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Proactive, curious, and willing to learn new tools, technologies, and business processes.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Experience working with large datasets and complex data structures.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
• Experience with cloud databases or data warehouses.
• Understanding of business metrics, KPI development, and performance analysis.
• Experience working in a technology, SaaS, CRM, or digital product company.
• Experience translating business requirements into dashboards, reports, or analytical solutions.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect data insights with business objectives.
