Key responsibilities

• Perform calculation and reconciliation of sharing fee schemes and split settlement for EDC Partner B2B, merchant, and event transactions, on a daily (including holidays), weekly, and monthly basis.
• Compile and maintain recapitulation of EDC deployed to merchants as the basis for EDC rental billing by the Finance team.
• Perform data entry and maintenance of billing data in the Accurate application.
• Prepare and provide merchant transaction reports according to the needs of the Sales team and management.
• Monitor, validate, and analyze transaction data to ensure accuracy and data consistency.
• Actively coordinate with Business, Operations, Finance, Sales teams, and other related parties to support operational and reporting needs.

About you

• Minimum D3 education from majors in Information Systems, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in reporting, data analyst, business support, finance operation, or similar positions. Fresh graduates with good data analysis capabilities are welcome to apply.
• Understanding of settlement processes, transaction reconciliation, or electronic payment industry is a plus.
• Experienced in processing large amounts of data using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and other formulas).
• Able to operate light SQL queries.
• Good analytical skills, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work with targets and tight deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills with various departments.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• SQL capability for data processing and analysis is a plus.
• Experienced in creating operational and business reporting and dashboards.
• Understanding of accounting applications such as Accurate is a plus.
• Meticulous with high accuracy level.
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently and in teams.
