We're looking for a BI Consultant with strong PowerBI skills who is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and creating exceptional reporting experiences for business users.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Translate business requirements into intuitive and impactful visualisations.
• Develop robust semantic models, DAX measures, and data models.
• Work closely with clients to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
• Optimise report performance, usability, and governance.
• Collaborate with data engineers and consultants to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions.
• Support Power BI best practices, standards, and adoption across client organisations.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years' experience as a BI Developer, BI Consultant, BI Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience developing enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Proven expertise with Power BI Service, Power Query, DAX, semantic models, and data modelling.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of dimensional modelling and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience connecting Power BI to modern cloud data platforms including Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, SQL Server, AWS, or similar.
• Ability to gather requirements directly from business stakeholders and translate them into actionable reporting solutions.
• Experience optimising report performance, security, governance, and user adoption.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric is highly desirable.
