Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with BI tools, SQL, data modeling, and data integration to transform complex datasets into meaningful business insights that support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and BI reports.
• Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data.
• Build data models, measures, calculated fields, and KPIs.
• Develop data visualizations and performance reports.
• Integrate data from databases, spreadsheets, APIs, and other sources.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
• Optimize dashboard performance and improve report usability.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams.
• Maintain documentation for reports, data models, and BI solutions.
• Support production issues, enhancements, and ongoing BI operations.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong SQL skills, including joins, subqueries, aggregations, and CTEs.
• Experience in data modeling and dashboard development.
• Understanding of KPIs, business metrics, and data visualization principles.
• Knowledge of data cleaning, transformation, and validation.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling in Power BI.
• Experience with Tableau calculations, parameters, and dashboard optimization.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or Snowflake.
• Exposure to Python for data analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Understanding of Git, deployment pipelines, and BI governance.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Relevant BI development experience is preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

• 25 years of experience in BI development, reporting, or data visualization.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SQL and at least one major BI platform.
• Ability to develop reliable, user-friendly dashboards and reports.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
