We're partnering with a highly respected international insights, research and data-led organisation undergoing a significant evolution in how it uses analytics to support decision-making across the business.

Having recently enhanced its reporting capability and invested heavily in modern analytics tools, the organisation is now looking for an experienced Tableau professional to work closely with business stakeholders and take ownership of a key reporting environment to help shape the future of reporting across the finance function.

You'll be sitting directly with stakeholders, understanding their challenges, identifying opportunities for better reporting, and designing Tableau solutions that drive genuine business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnering with finance and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
• Designing and developing engaging Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions
• Translating complex data into meaningful business insights
• Improving and enhancing an existing reporting environment
• Advising on reporting best practice and data visualisation
• Supporting a number of high-profile business transformation initiatives
• Acting as a trusted advisor between technical and non-technical teams

Key Requirements:

• Strong Tableau development experience
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills
• Experience working with finance, commercial or business performance reporting
• Strong understanding of data, analytics and reporting best practice
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of solutions
• SQL and broader BI experience would be advantageous
