About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to lead our Workforce Management (WFM) analytics initiatives. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the development of new solutions for complex projects, processes, and programs. As a subject matter expert and final decision-maker in your discipline, you will ensure our short- and medium-term tactical strategies are successfully implemented while mentoring a specialized team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the development and implementation of innovative BI solutions for complex business programs and processes.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert and final decision-maker for BI and WFM analytics within the department.
• Develop and enforce appropriate policies, processes, and standards to support the department's tactical direction.
• Ensure the successful execution of short- to medium-term activities in alignment with overarching business strategies.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of BI Specialists across various hierarchical levels.
• Take full responsibility for the employee lifecycle of your team, from hiring and training to performance management.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• Experience: At least 1–2 years of proven experience in a managerial role specifically within Business Intelligence.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of modern tech stacks and relevant programming languages for data analytics.
• AI Integration: Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience using AI initiatives, specifically tools like OpenAI Codex, Claude Co-work/Code, or similar AI applications.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php110,000.00 per month
