What You'll Do

• Participate in the development, implementation, and management of applications using BI software such as WebFOCUS, MicroStrategy, and Tableau
• Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of reporting and analytics solutions
• Support the optimization of BI solutions for performance, scalability, and usability
• Provide technical guidance and share best practices with team members on BI application development and support
• Convert complex business requirements into scalable BI solutions, including integration with enterprise data sources
• Explore how AI can be integrated with BI solutions to optimize processes and enhance data analysis

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with BI platforms such as WebFOCUS, MicroStrategy, and/or Tableau
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing reporting and analytics solutions
• Understanding of performance, scalability, and usability considerations for BI tools
• Ability to share technical guidance and best practices with team members
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills

Compensation & Grade
This role is offered at GS-13, with a salary range of $121,785–$158,322/year, plus full federal benefits.
