Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Create bonus reports for programs
• Execute and adhere to program specified and approved bonus process
• Collate all data, follow-up with program leaders if necessary, and validate any disputes to process and complete bonus reports
• Enforce process and act with integrity and transparency of the report. From sharing data sources, Program based document, dispute handling and approval process
• Implement and enforce policy and bonus process as outlined and approved by program VP

Requirements:

• A college graduate or has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Accountancy, Mathematics, Economics or any related course
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Experience in Reporting
• Must be willing to work flexible schedules (including weekends and holidays)
