1. Requirement Gathering Analysis:
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements.
   • Translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable BI solutions.
2. BI Architecture Design:
   • Develop end-to-end BI solutions, including data modeling, ETL processes, and dashboard/report creation.
   • Design and optimize data pipelines integrating SAP (Oracle DB), Microsoft BPC, Snowflake, and on-prem data warehouses.
3. Dashboard Report Development:
   • Create intuitive, interactive, and visually compelling dashboards and reports in Power BI.
   • Ensure dashboards meet user requirements, KPIs, and operational goals.
4. Data Management Governance:
   • Manage data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across BI platforms.
   • Establish data governance standards and enforce adherence.
5. Collaboration Leadership:
   • Work closely with IT teams, BI architects, developers, analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless BI solutions.
   • Lead and mentor BI team members (architects, developers, administrators, and analysts).
6. Project Management:
   • Oversee BI projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
   • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
7. Performance Optimization:
   • Regularly monitor and optimize BI tools, ensuring system reliability and performance.
   • Identify opportunities to streamline data processes and improve user experience.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Power BI, Snowflake, and Microsoft BPC.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP data models and Oracle databases.
  • Hands-on experience with data warehouse design and ETL development.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization techniques.

• Business Acumen:

  • Familiar with financial, supply chain, and operational/service KPIs such as COPQ, Cash Conversion Cycle, Inventory Turnover, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills to connect data insights with business outcomes.

• Leadership Collaboration:

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Project Management:

  • Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
