Instructors can also be referred to as a facilitator, who may be knowledgeable and experienced in the learning material, but can also be used more for their facilitation skills and ability to deliver material to learners.

• Claims US health process with international BPO experience of minimum 2 years

• Deliver end-to-end process training for US healthcare operations (new hire and refresher training) on concepts and tools 7 applications

• Develop and maintain training materials including SOPs, process decks, job aids, and assessments

• Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions aligned with business requirements

• Support business RAMPs and transitions by ensuring timely and effective training delivery

  Roles and Responsibilities:

• In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems

• Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors

• In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management

• You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments

• The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others

• You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work

• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
