Business Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with job postings, resume screening, candidate scheduling, and interview coordination. Help prepare onboarding materials and support the smooth integration of new hires.
• HR Administration: Assist with updating employee records, preparing HR documentation, and maintaining HR databases and files.
• General HR Support: Provide day-to-day support to HR team members in various HR-related tasks, including research, and process improvement projects.
• Employee Engagement: Help with organizing employee engagement activities and events, and assist with employee surveys or feedback sessions.
• Administration Related: Learn to handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operation.
• Marketing: Perform in posting, advertising an updating job advertisement on social media.

Requirements:

• Open to SARAWAKIANS ONLY
• Internship period must be minimum of 3 months (12 weeks)
• Currently enrolled in a full-time diploma or degree programme in business field (Administration, Management, HR, Marketing, etc) , with a CGPA of 3.2 and above
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
• A strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
• Actively involved in extracurricular activities, showcasing leadership, teamwork, or initiative
• A keen interest in business related areas, with a desire to gain hands-on experience in a service industry environment
• Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn and grow professionally
• Must possess own transport and a valid driving license
