Business Intern (Rotation Program)

• Rotate across HR, Marketing and Sales over the internship period

• HR: support end-to-end recruitment - job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling

• Marketing: execute seasonal campaigns; handle sourcing/procurement via Taobao and Pinduoduo; produce basic design assets

• Sales: shadow a sales representative and observe client conversations

• Full-time track: 3 months. Part-time track: 6 months

Job Requirements

• Comfortable using e-commerce/sourcing platforms such as Taobao, Pinduoduo, Shopee

• Basic design skills (Canva, CapCut or similar)

• Familiar with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu) for content/marketing use

• Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office

Additional Notes

Personality we're looking for:

• Adaptable — comfortable switching between HR, Marketing and Sales rotations

• Curious and willing to observe and ask questions before jumping in

• Organized, able to keep track of tasks across different departments

• Comfortable with basic design and digital tools
