BUSINESS LITIGATION ASSOCIATE

The Los Angeles , Newport Beach, and Orange County offices of FBT Gibbons are seeking a Business Litigation Associate.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of litigation experience within a Business Litigation Practice Group
• Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions
• Skilled in attending mediations, court appearances, and assisting at trials and arbitrations
• Trusts and estates litigation experience is a plus
• Strong academic record with excellent research and writing skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Compensation The salary range for this role is $210,000-$225,000 , reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.

Associates Are Also Eligible For

• Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year , depending on associate level
• Annual subjective bonus
