BUSINESS MANAGEMENT ENGINEER

We are hiring a Business Management Engineer for our business management department in e-cigarette / electronics manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze manufacturing costs, including materials, labor, and production overhead.
2. Develop per-unit (PCS-level) cost models and monitor production costs.
3. Analyze budget-versus-actual cost variances and identify cost-saving opportunities.
4. Prepare manufacturing cost reports to support business decisions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. At least 3 years in manufacturing business performance analysis / cost management.
3. Familiar with building per-unit (PCS-level) cost models and analyzing budget-versus-actual variances.
4. Fluent Mandarin.
