About the role

Sutra Adv Group is looking for motivated and enthusiastic students to join our Business Management Internship Program. This internship provides students with practical exposure to business management, daily operations, sales, marketing, customer engagement, and team coordination. You will work alongside our team in a fast-paced environment while developing practical skills that can support your future career.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily business operations and administrative activities
• Support sales and marketing campaigns and projects
• Assist with coordinating events, roadshows, and promotional activities
• Support customer engagement and relationship-building activities
• Assist in preparing reports, tracking information, and maintaining records
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth execution of activities
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company activities
• Assist with planning and organising business-related projects
• Support the team in achieving business and campaign objectives
• Take on additional tasks and responsibilities when required

About you

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proactive, responsible, and organised
• Good teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• No prior work experience required
