Are you looking to build your business skills, gain hands-on experience and develop towards greater responsibility?

We’re looking for a motivated Business Management Trainee to join our growing Liverpool team.

This is an entry-level, customer-facing position where you’ll initially develop practical experience in sales, customer engagement, communication and campaign operations, alongside structured training in business and team development.

Previous experience isn’t essential — we’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engaging with customers face-to-face
• Representing client campaigns professionally
• Presenting products or services clearly and accurately
• Supporting customer acquisition and sales activity
• Developing communication and relationship-building skills
• Working towards individual and team targets
• Learning how campaigns are organised and monitored
• Participating in ongoing training and development
• Taking on additional responsibilities as your skills develop

Training & Development

You’ll receive structured training and ongoing coaching covering:

• Customer communication
• Sales and customer acquisition
• Campaign knowledge
• Goal setting and performance
• Teamwork and professional development
• Business operations
• Leadership and team support

As you gain experience and demonstrate the required skills, there may be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities within campaign support, team development and management.
