JOB OVERVIEW

The Business Management Trainee will undergo hands-on training and exposure to business operations, developing the skills needed to manage Sales, Cost, Quality, and People Performance. This role is designed to prepare future leaders to oversee operations, make sound business decisions, improve efficiency, and contribute to business growth and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales & Business Growth: Learn sales operations, support sales initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve revenue and business performance.
• Cost & Profitability Management: Learn cost control, inventory management, labor cost monitoring, and wastage reduction.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold product quality, food safety, customer service, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Operations Management: Support daily store, restaurant, or business unit operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• People Management: Develop leadership skills by working with teams, supporting employee development, and promoting accountability.
• Performance Monitoring: Review business reports, monitor key performance indicators, and help implement corrective actions.
• Process Improvement: Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Leadership Development: Complete assigned training, meet performance targets, and demonstrate readiness for future management responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a college graduate.
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with work experience.
• Graduates of Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Communication Arts, Fine Arts, and other related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
• Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and spirit, with an interest in business operations, sales, cost management, and profitability.
• Hardworking, trustworthy, reliable, and highly accountable.
• Results-driven, proactive, and eager to learn and achieve business goals.
• Demonstrates strong leadership potential, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Willing to go above and beyond, take ownership, and work hands-on to address business challenges.
• Has good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork, work in actual store or operational environments, and travel to assigned business locations as needed.
