Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve overall business performance across all clinics.
- Track and analyze KPIs including revenue, patient acquisition, retention, conversion rates, productivity, and package sales.
- Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies for underperforming branches.
- Work closely with Operations and Marketing teams to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Analyze business and sales data to drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost efficiency.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions, marketing campaigns, and business initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Prepare business performance reports and recommendations for management.
- Lead regular performance reviews and ensure accountability for target achievement.
