Business Manager

Job Summary

Star Digital Solutions is looking for a Business Manager who can support student recruitment and admissions while also contributing to business development and channel management. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication, organizational, sales, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student recruitment inquiries through chat, phone, email, and social media.
• Understand students' needs and recommend suitable courses and services.
• Follow up with prospective students to improve enrollment and conversion rates.
• Assist students with enrollment, applications, and related processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth student consultation and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate student, consultation, and business records.
• Support admissions consulting while handling approximately 20% business development and business follow-up tasks.
• Develop and maintain potential partnership resources, business channels, and external collaborations.
• Follow up on business opportunities and coordinate internal and external communications.
• Collect market insights, student feedback, and business information to support recruitment and marketing strategies.
• Identify recruitment concerns and propose solutions based on feedback and data.
• Complete other admissions consulting, business support, and operations coordination tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in admissions consulting, education advising, customer service, sales support, business coordination, or related roles.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong communication, customer service, and student consultation skills.
• Knowledge of market development and partnership opportunities.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
• Able to work effectively and drive progress in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, sense of responsibility, and results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in education, training, study abroad consulting, admissions conversion, or CRM is highly preferred.
• Experience in the Philippine e-commerce industry is a plus.
