Business Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to independently manage and grow a car showroom business. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in business operations, sales, marketing, vehicle sourcing/auctions, digital platforms, inventory, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall showroom operations, sales, revenue, and profitability.
• Handle vehicle sourcing, buying, selling, and auction activities.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
• Manage online platforms including OLX, PakWheels, Yango, and other relevant digital channels.
• Manage vehicle listings, online leads, customer follow-ups, and conversions.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, margins, and stock turnover.
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Track sales, revenue, expenses, profitability, leads, and business performance.
• Manage and develop the sales/operations team.
• Build relationships with customers, dealers, auction houses, vendors, and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive overall business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of business management, sales, retail, or operations experience.
• Strong commercial and business acumen with proven leadership capability.
• Hands-on experience with MIS, Excel, digital platforms, and business reporting.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to independently manage a business and take ownership of results.
• Automotive/showroom experience is preferred, but industry experience is not mandatory for the right candidate.

Ideal Candidate: A commercially strong professional who can independently manage operations, auctions, inventory, marketing, digital sales, MIS, and overall business performance.

Pay: Rs400,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
