About the role
Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for a Business Manager to join a successful dealership in Chatswood, NSW, responsible for driving finance and insurance performance while delivering outstanding customer service. 
  
Duties

• Process finance applications for new and used vehicle purchases.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the finance process.
• Submit finance applications and manage them through settlement.
• Present and sell relevant insurance and finance-related options to customers.
• Follow up previous customers to identify vehicle upgrades and refinancing opportunities.

Skills and experience

• Previous experience in automotive finance, business management or a related automotive sales environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong attention to detail when preparing and processing finance applications.
• Ability to work confidently across both volume and prestige vehicle sales environments.
