Role Business Manager (Commercial Vehicle Loan)

Role Summary:

Drive commercial vehicle loan business through field sales, dealer/channel partner management,

customer acquisition, and market expansion. Responsible for sourcing quality customers including

transporters and fleet owners, managing sales funnel, achieving business targets, and ensuring

smooth coordination with internal teams.

What you will do:

Manage field sales activities including market visits, dealer meetings, and customer sourcing.

Generate business through commercial vehicle dealers, DSAs, brokers, and channel partners.

Build and maintain relationships with dealers, fleet operators, transporters, and local market

partners.

Source quality customers across new and used commercial vehicles and manage loan leads.

Achieve assigned login, disbursement, and business targets.

Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.

Ensure quality sourcing, portfolio health, and adherence to company processes.

What you bring:

14 years of experience in Commercial Vehicle Finance, Auto Loans, Retail Lending, or related

BFSI sales.

Strong understanding of commercial vehicle financing, transport business, and local CV

market.

Experience in field sales, dealer/channel partner management, and customer sourcing.

Good communication skills with ability to build relationships with partners and customers.

Candidates from NBFCs, Banks, Fintechs, or CV/Auto Finance companies preferred.

Salary upto : 3.45 LPA + Incentive+ Travel allowance
