About the role

We are an elder home care center dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to seniors. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to lead our operations and drive strategic expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Identify and execute expansion opportunities, including new service lines, branch openings, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead, motivate, and develop cross-functional teams to foster a high-performance and collaborative culture.
• Monitor and manage budgets, financial reports, and key operational KPIs to ensure financial health and accountability.
• Leverage infotech, modern technology, and AI to streamline processes, improve the client experience, and support sustainable growth.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain the highest standards of care.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, families, partners, and government agencies.
• Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and reports for internal decision-making and external stakeholder engagement.

About you

• Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably within the healthcare, elder care, hospitality, or service-related industries.
• Experience working in a listed company is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in IT and digital systems, with the ability to implement innovative solutions for operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated skills in presentation, proposal development, and report writing.
• Strategic thinker with a solid understanding of first principles thinking, capable of long-term planning and agile decision-making.
• Adaptable, hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage diverse teams and dynamic environments.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
• A passion for elder care and contributing to community well-being is highly desirable.
