Job Description

We are hiring a Business Manager to handle branch operations, admissions management, and business development activities. The role requires coordination with internal teams, managing daily operations, and supporting revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Marketing. Plan and execute strategies that grow admissions and revenue.
• Admissions Management. Own the admissions funnel from enquiry to enrolment.
• Business Growth. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the center's reach.
• Team Leadership. Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team.
• Customer Relationship Management. Build lasting relationships with students and parents.
• Budget Management. Manage budgets and resources to meet targets efficiently.
• Market Research. Track market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
• Reporting. Report on performance, admissions, and growth metrics.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Basic understanding of sales or operations
