Duties

• Manage projects across departments, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals
• Develop and implement strategic plans that support long-term business objectives
• Supervise and develop teams through effective leadership, coaching, and performance management
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and implementing lean management principles
• Maintain excellent customer service standards by aligning operational activities with client needs

• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic management initiatives and operational planning

Experience

• Proven experience in management roles with a focus on business operations, financial oversight, or strategic planning
• Demonstrated success in managing profit & loss statements and conducting data-driven decision making
• Extensive experience in team management, including supervising teams and developing leadership skills within staff
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Proficiency in Excel data analysis for reporting, forecasting, and operational insights
• Background in operational management, process improvement, and implementing lean methodologies
• Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively convey strategies and motivate teams
• Experience working with executive-level teams to develop strategic solutions for complex challenges
• Knowledge of sales techniques, customer service excellence, and business development strategies
