JOB SUMMARY

The Business Manager is responsible for driving business growth and development of Cindys Bakery and Restaurant by identifying business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting the expansion and profitability of the company. The position works closely with Operations, Marketing, and other departments to ensure business objectives are achieved and market opportunities are maximized.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support company growth and expansion.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Identify potential locations, markets, partnerships, and opportunities for business expansion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in evaluating potential business locations and opportunities based on market potential, accessibility, and profitability.
• Develop business proposals, presentations, and recommendations for management review.
• Monitor business development activities and track progress toward established targets.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other departments in implementing business initiatives.
• Assist in developing strategies to increase sales, market presence, and overall business performance.
• Monitor the performance of business development projects and recommend appropriate improvements.
• Represent Cindys Bakery and Restaurant in meetings, negotiations, and business-related activities.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a network of potential partners, clients, and business contacts.
• Prepare regular reports regarding business development activities, market opportunities, and results.
• Ensure that business development activities are aligned with company policies, standards, and objectives.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any 4-year business-related or food service course.
• At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, operations, or a related field.
• Experience in the food service, restaurant, retail, or bakery industry is an advantage.
• Resident of South Manila or CALABARZON.
• Strong knowledge of business development, market research, and relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Willing to work long hours when necessary.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular field visits.
• Can drive 4-wheel and 2-wheel vehicles with at least a valid non-professional driver's license.
• A team player, self-starter, and results-oriented individual.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, initiative, and accountability.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
