We are a multicultural skincare manufacturing and distribution company with International exposure seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Manager capable of overseeing our small Company from Human Resources working with Paychex, assisting our Sales Team and Accounting fro the front Office to the back office. A candidate that has managed a small business before and with vast accounting and peronality experiece. Someone who has taken time off from business and ready to reenter or someone looking for challenges

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and expand market presence.
• Lead, motivate, and develop teams across various departments to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Manage operational processes to improve efficiency through lean management
• Collaborate with executive-level teams to align business strategies with organizational vision while maintaining clear managerial communication.
• Oversee customer service standards to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focusing on process optimization and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Proven management experience with a strong background in business management or related fields.
• QBO Experience
• Proficiency in Excel data analysis for reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Extensive project management experience with a focus on operational efficiency and process improvement.
• Strong leadership skills in team development, team leadership, and supervising diverse teams at managerial levels.
• Excellent managerial communication skills capable of engaging executive-level teams effectively.
• Experience in customer service excellence and client relationship management.
• Knowledge of lean management principles and operational best practices.
• Ability to develop strategic plans that drive growth while managing day-to-day operations efficiently.
• Familiarity with sales strategies, business development activities, and operational management techniques.
