Business Manager

West Suffolk NHS Trust is looking for an experienced and motivated Business Manager to join the Strategy & Transformation Team. Working closely with divisional leaders, senior clinicians and operational teams, you will use your project management, analytical and business-planning expertise to support the development and delivery of business plans, business cases, cost improvement plans and service improvement projects. We are looking for someone who can work independently, confidently influence senior stakeholders, and enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems and making a measurable difference in a complex environment. The purpose of this role is to support the development and delivery clinical divisions’ business plans, Cost Improvement Plans (CIPs), and agreed projects.

The post holder will work collaboratively with senior clinicians and professionals to scope, develop, and deliver efficient, well-planned, and sustainable services.

The post holder will provide technical project management expertise to support divisional triumvirates to deliver meaningful change, and evidence success.
