Job Title: Business Manager Company: Crave Location: Lahore, Pakistan We are looking for a proactive Business Manager to manage end-to-end operations of our software house, with a primary focus on one of our SaaS products. Responsibilities: - Oversee daily business operations and team performance. - Manage SaaS product operations, customer support, and client relationships. - Coordinate with development, sales, marketing, and support teams. - Drive business growth, improve processes, and track KPIs. - Ensure smooth execution of projects and achievement of business targets. Requirements: - Experience in business operations, preferably in a software house or SaaS company. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage teams, processes, and business performance independently.
