Business Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of water & wastewater analysis instruments
• Drive go-to-market strategy for new electrochemical and analytical instruments.
• Develop new markets for our products through business development initiatives.
• Manage sales of product lines such as pH Meters, Conductivity Meters, Oximeter/DO Meters, Multiparameter, Photometers, etc.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve product performance.
• Provide technical support to customers on the use of our products.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-18 years of experience in product management, technical sales, or scientific instrumentation.
• Proven expertise in electrochemistry and water/wastewater analysis workflows.
• Prior exposure to environmental testing regulations and compliance standards.
• MS/M.Sc(Science) degree in Bio-Chemistry or Chemistry from a reputed university.
• Strong understanding of PH meter, Conductivity Meter applications in water treatment processes.
